It's late...
later than it should be I just finished the scans of the negs, had a drink (or two) with my roommate and talked of things that are broken and yet still beautiful... My playlist tonight is hitting every mark I will go to bed soon but right now I think of Kate and the wedding dress she shredded before me with a pair of scissors i watched as things fell apart and yet came together at the same time Last night and I had no film other than my expiring polaroid Someone asked "Why don't you just do this in digital?" Because you can't.... Lazy sons of bitches you can't I believe that the invaluable arrives when you rely on nothing other than film and faith.... I did my best under the circumstances... A camera that demanded you knew what you were truly doing and a friend who cut her wedding dress from her body at 2:30AM (Almost the last) Polaroid 55 film and rage |
